Eagle Owl

The Eagle Owl is arguably the largest owl species (the Great Gray Owl has a longer body, and Blakiston’s Fish Owl is heavier), with a wingspan of over 6 feet. They are found in varied habitats across Europe and Asia.

The Eagle owl, similar to their American cousins the horned owls, have pointed ear tufts.
