Cockroach Poker

Cockroach Poker has nothing to do with poker – except that the game focuses on bluffing, but features cards depicting cockroaches, rats, and stink bugs instead of queens, 10s, and aces.

To play, shuffle the deck and deal the cards to each player. On their turn, a player selects a card from their hand, places it face down, and claims a type of critter, such as “Stink bug.” The next player can either accept the card and declare it correct or incorrect, revealing it afterward, or pass it to another player while possibly making a new claim about the critter type.

The game concludes when a player has no cards left to pass on their turn or when a player has four cards of the same critter displayed in front of them. In either scenario, that player loses, and all other players win!
