Grizzly Bear

After polar bears, Grizzlies are the world’s second largest bears. Because of their height and their aggressive behaviour, they are considered as very dangerous in their home, North America. However, their fierce behaviour is usually attributed to their defending of territory and their protection of themselves and their young.  In the interior and northern parts of British Columbia, there are these beautiful bears that humble us as humans. Throughout our time on earth, Grizzlies have become a "larger than life" means of describing the human condition with myths and stories!
